Pack some nausea pills if important, and deal with any restroom business ahead of time… There was tragically no restroom on the Freebird Express boat!
We made it! Following barely 60 minutes, we showed up at the Gili Islands ship port. The boat slides up to shore and you’ll need to creep down the front stepping stool into the sand. After the travelers who are remaining in Gili Trawangan are off the boat the packs will follow.
All that from knapsacks and bags to full instances of Bintang brew is passed in a human line down from the boat and tossed onto the ground. This might appear to be clever to watch except if I suppose you have something you genuinely care about in your gear! Ensure anything delicate or fragile is out of your pack.
There are just three methods for getting around the island once you get from Amed to Gili. Strolling, leasing a bike, or taking a pony carriage (which we don’t uphold for a large number of reasons). There are no vehicles once you get to the Gili Air Spa so plan as needs are!
